This coil flipper has the special design, which makes its base available to rotate 180 degree during the coil flipping. The machine is driven by electrical motor, to turnover the heavy steel coils 90 degree(eye to sky position to eye to wall position). The base rotation benefits the operator to load and discharge the steel coils from one side. When loading the steel coils by a forklift, it’s avoided to move the forklift back and forth as the coil will return to the initial side. We also built four 50mm wide tubings on the flat platform, to reserve the slots for forklift forks. The machine has multiple pcs of limit switches and proximities, ensure it to stop when reaching the flipping degree and rotation angles. Both automatic control mode and Jog mode control available to choose on the control panel.
