This horizontal pallet strapping machine is an automatic unit which uses PP belt as the strapping material to bundle palletized loads. This strapping machine is customized for strapping the pallets with multiple straps which is up to 20 straps. The machine choose to built with servo system for the multiple straps application. Servo motor is used for the strapping arch moving up and down. Users just need to input the parameters into the control system, the machine will strap the pallets at the specified heights. With this pallet strapping machine, users can quickly complete the strapping process within just few minutes, no manual operation is needed.
