This bundle shrinkwrap machine has two side sealing mechanism and one transverse sealing blade to make the four sides of bundles fully sealed before into the shrink tunnel for shrinking. The machine has wide range for application, suitable to use for packing large bundles of foam blocks, door panels, boards and big cartons. The shrink wrapped package is nice, tight and looks good. Fully sealed package is available to protect the products inside, avoid dust and moisture. The machine is automatically controlled, the operator only need to place the products or object on the in-feed conveyor one by one, the system will detect the products and proceed the packaging actions all in automatic motion. We adopt programmable PLC with photoelectric sensors into the control system. There is more control modes available to customize if customers require. It’s also very convenient for future system upgrade and improvement.
