Customized model of turntable pallet stretch wrap machine. With 4 meters tall height, this pallet wrapper is capable to package extremely high palletized goods easily. The machine has top press platen for clamping loads during rotation to keep the goods stationary, prevent falling and scattering. Very necessary for tall and low weight loads to have this top pressing mechanism. We install this pressing mechanism to an independent mast, separate from the main mast where the film carriage is on. This unit design allows the machine to run better, less interference between different moving parts, bring a more reliable performance. The machine has the lowest turntable height, it’s easy to load and discharge the pallets just by pallet jack with a ramp, unneeded to have a forklift and hire a forklift operator. Film clamp and film cutter are used to clamp and cut the film when wrapping process finishes, it’s all controlled by the PLC program without manual operation. Operators no need to bend for tying up the stretch film to pallets or cutting the stretch wrap after wrapping.
