Fully automatic coil stretch wrapping machine suitable for wrapping hose and pipe coils. Online design with in-feeding and out-feeding roller conveyors keep receiving the winded coils and deliver to the wrapping station. Wrapped by stretch film with automatic film clamping and cutting functions. This machine has the special design. Unlike the traditional design, the coil self rotation is not driven by supportive rollers. Instead, it’s driven by protective side rollers. This design allows the machine easily to conquer coils with ends sticked out, which is very common to see in plastic hose and pipe coils. The machine has the wrapper installed on sliding rails. The purpose of this design is to optimise the stretch wrapping tension. For coil wrappers, the rotating ring size should match with the coil dimension. The smaller it is the tighter wrapping will be. But for users with variant coils dimension, the ring dimension has to be very big. With this moveable wrapper, we can make the ring as small as possible to make the best wrapping it can. The wrapper is controlled by the system, users only need to input the Coil Inner diameter and Outer diameter, system will calculate the distance for wrapper movement automatically.
